Harpreet is the co-founder of Harmani Rentals, which he established in 2021. With a keen eye for opportunity, Harpreet recognized the potential within undervalued assets across Alberta, particularly in existing multi-family buildings. Given the high construction costs associated with new developments and the rising land value, he sought to address the critical need for affordable housing.
Harmani Rentals focuses on a unique niche: converting previously individual strata units back into single-owner rental buildings. Harpreet thrives on identifying value in complex real estate transactions with the aim of expanding affordable housing options and stimulating growth in the Alberta market. On a daily basis, he is dedicated to uncovering undervalued assets by bringing otherwise un-rentable units to the market. Through his efforts, Harmani Rentals is making a significant impact on the availability of affordable housing in Alberta.
In addition to his work in real estate, Harpreet is deeply committed to philanthropy, consistently supporting local charities throughout the year. He particularly focuses on the Stollery Children’s Hospital and children’s mental health organizations, demonstrating his dedication to giving back to the community.
Shafraaz Dossa’s role as Vice President, Marketing, specializes in the long-term vision and positioning of Harmani Rentals. He focuses on storytelling, brand experience, and building an emotional connection with our audience and clients.
Shafraaz’s primary responsibility is to generate consistent brand awareness, excitement and education for Harmani Rentals through creative and consistent content production, delivering professional digital assets across our website, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Shafraaz has spent the last 16 years growing his personal brand, increasing his network, working for and growing high-profile companies, becoming an entrepreneur and mastering his creative craft in Marketing, Content Creation and Brand Management. All of which led him to creating his own Media Agency: Curate Collective, in August 2020.
Shafraaz also comes with a wealth of Real Estate knowledge as he has held a Mortgage License since November, 2017.
