Committed to helping those around him overcome obstacles and hurdle onwards towards their aspirations, he is always ready and willing to tackle what comes his way! That dedication extends to every person he meets and every building project he’s a part of.
With years of hands-on experience and a Bachelor of Commerce in his real-estate repertoire, Aman feels confident in handling problems, opportunities, and everything that lays in between.
Away from the office, you can find him happily soaking up literary works, travelling to new and exciting locations, and having a good kickabout on the soccer pitch.
PAUL
Property Maintenance Manager
With over 20 years of industry experience, Paul is passionate about being the man who can fix it all!
He combines years of hand-on experience with a commitment to making every resident’s maintenance needs are done quickly and professionally. Don’t be surprised when you see him puttering around the buildings – he loves making sure that everything is running smoothly and is in tip-top condition year-round.
On his off time, you’ll find Paul travelling abroad with his wife, searching out adventures and different cultural experiences. He’s also a loving grandfather to his very active granddaughter who is committed to keeping him on his toes!

Manita is firmly committed to finding amazing pieces of real estate that can be turned into even more amazing rental properties. Years of experience have given her a keen eye for what makes a place feel like a home and she has helped Harmani build up their rental portfolio to include buildings in some of Edmonton’s most popular neighborhoods.
Home is where the heart is and, with over ten years of experience, Manita understands that there’s no cutting corners when it comes to finding the perfect spot to nest. That’s why she’s always on the lookout for buildings that are cozy, attractive, and secure.
